About Us

Solstice Rising Co was born from a deep remembering, of wild joy, sacred landscapes, and the wisdom that lives in our bodies when we slow down and listen.

Founded by Jessica, a healer, mother, and guide who walked away from a 20-year healthcare career to follow a calling deeper than logic, these retreats are woven from the places that shaped her: the turquoise waters of Roatán, the misted mountains of the Río Cangrejal Valley, and the untamed rhythms of the jungle.

Each Solstice Rising retreat is intentionally intimate, rooted in places Jessica has lived, loved, hiked, swam, and returned to again and again. These are not tourist spots, they’re soul lands.

We gather in small circles of women ready to rise, through movement, stillness, adventure, and healing. Whether you’re floating in Caribbean waters or dancing barefoot under rainforest trees, you'll be held, witnessed, and reminded of your own wild brilliance.

This is more than a retreat.
It’s a homecoming.
